SZLH320 Feed Pellet Machine
The pellet produced by feed pellet mill has moderate temp rise, keeps the micro-elements in the raw materials well. It has good palatability which increases animal's feed intake, helps digesting and adsorbing various nutrition, has uniform texture, neat shape and smooth surface. The diameter of the feed pellet can be adjusted from 1.5mm to 8mm by switching the die, and the length can be adjusted from 5mm to 20mm. The feed quality of high density is good for store and transportation, suitable for different livestock during different growing period. The ring die feed pellet mill is widely used in medium and smaller scale aquaculture plants, graind feed industries, livestock farms, poultry farms and individual farms.
operational principle：
Because of cured by the conditionernder and with the action of friction, the material is gelatinized at a high temperature between the roller and ring die. The protein is coagulated and denatured, and finally discharged from the holes of ring die. The length of the particle is adjusted by the cutter, which is a good choice for farm and breeding plant in economic efficiency.
