SLHSJ Single-shaft Paddle Mixer
Single shaft blade mixer is a high-performance batch mixer that can mixes the free-flowing dry materials evenly. It is mainly used in the grain processing industry, such as feed and flour processing. The mixer is available in capacities from 500kg/batch to 3000kg/batch. The large discharge door at the bottom can saves time and ensures continued work at the feed production plant. Widely used in fish feed production plants, pet food factories, animal feed production plants.
Working Principle:
The single-shaft double-blade mixer has inner and outer blades on the rotor (four outer blades with special angles and four small blades with special angles on the inner layer). The outer large blades mixes the materials in the fast-flow zone. Flipping, continuous circling in the tank, so that the material is quickly mixed evenly under the strong convection mixing; small blades also enhance the convective mixing of materials in the slow flow zone greatly. The two layers of blades also enhance the interdiffusion, shearing and impact mixing between the materials to achieve a fast mixing and evenly effect.

2. Fully open discharge door, the material can be discharged instantly and with no residue;
