1) After all the machines of the Feed pellet production line have been installed,check the fastening of each component .If it is loose, tighten it.
2) Before starting the feed production line, turn the rotor by hand firstly to check whether the claw, hammer and rotor are running flexibly and reliably. Make sure there is no collision in the shell and the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine.Ensure that the motor and the powder machine are well lubricated
3) Check the belt tension is appropriate or not and the motor shaft and feed equipment shaft are parallel or not.
4) Do not change the pulleys casually, in case the rotation speed is too high, the explosion chamber will explode, or the rotation speed is too low, which will affect the working efficiency.
5) After the pulverizing table is started, it will be better to run the machine for 2 to 3 minutes without raw material putting in. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, pour the raw material.
6) In the process of production ,we must pay attention to the operation of the feed equipment at all times. Feed evenly to prevent clogging; do not overload the machine for a long time. If phenomenon like vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and the body, and external spraying are found, stop production immediately, and continue working until troubleshooting.
7) Check the material to be crushed carefully to prevent copper, iron and stones from entering the crushing chamber.
8) The operator should wear gloves. When feeding, stand on the side of the feed equipment to prevent rebound debris from injuring the face.
9) When clogging, it is strictly forbidden to forcibly feed or tow the feed by hand or stick.
